At Hirbawi, we take pride in the heritage and quality of our authentic textiles; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all Hirbawi tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
